Poojan Kumar is the CEO and co-founder at Clumio. Poojan brings 18 years of experience in cloud computing and storage and is known for seeing an opportunity for change, innovating and capitalizing on it. Poojan founded and built PernixData that was acquired by Nutanix in 2016, he then served as Vice President of Engineering and Products. Earlier in his career, he was Head of Data Products at VMware and founder at Oracle Exadata.

Woon Ho Jung is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder at Clumio. He has over 20 years of experience in building core operating system technologies and cloud services, and is an expert at marshaling an army of lambdas. Karthik Pinnamaneni is the Vice President of Sales Engineering and Customer Support at Clumio. He is an experienced technology leader with 20+ years in customer facing roles in sales engineering, professional services, and customer support. With ‘customer-first’ as his guiding principal, Karthik has helped organizations deliver best in class pre-sales and post-sales support. Prior to Clumio, he led a large organization of technologists at EMC (acquired by Dell) to help customers solve their most complex business challenges. He has also been part of a few start ups where, in addition to building and operationalizing world-class teams, he contributed to go-to-market and product strategy.

In the past decade, Michael played a key role in scaling Palo Alto Networks and Nutanix from double digits sales to over $1B. He’s also held senior marketing roles at Redis Labs and SignalFx. Michael is passionate about elevating brands, authentic storytelling, and generating pipeline for sales teams.

Glenn Mulvaney is currently the Vice President of Cloud Operations and Security at Clumio. Glenn is an experienced technology leader with a 20-year history in Silicon Valley start-ups. Most recently, Glenn was Vice President of Operations at Inscape Data, Inc. Prior to Inscape, Glenn served Skyhigh Networks, Inc. (acquired by McAfee, Inc., in January 2018) as Vice President of Operations. Glenn is passionate about information security through DevSecOps practices, and enjoys building a security-aware organizational culture. Glenn also serves as an investor and advisor to RSA America LLC.

Sandeep Soni currently serves as the GM and Vice President of Engineering, India Operations at Clumio. Sandeep has 23 years of experience in technology engineering. He served most recently as the Director of Engineering at Nutanix, was the Senior Architect at Citrix R&D, and Vice President of the Middleware and Messaging Division at Goldman Sachs prior to that. Sandeep is excited to bring his experience as a Senior Architect and business leader to Clumio.

Mike joined Sutter Hill Ventures as Managing Director in 2008. Mike is the Lead Independent Director at Snowflake Computing (SNOW), where he served as Founding CEO and Founding investor. Previously Mike was Co-Chairman of Pure Storage (PSTG) before and after its 2015 IPO and served as Pure’s Founding CEO and Founding investor. Mike has served as Founding CEO at several other Sutter Hill Ventures’ portfolio companies and is currently a Board Director at Clumio, Ghost Locomotion, Lacework, Observe, Sigma Computing, Sila Nano, Transposit, and several unannounced projects. He led the Series B of Sumo Logic (SUMO) and served as a Board Director from 2011 until 2019. He is a Faculty Lecturer at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Mike previously worked at Yahoo!, Symantec, co-founded Epinions.com, worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, and was an analyst with Credit Suisse First Boston. Mike earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School from which he graduated as a Baker Scholar and he earned a B.A. from the University of Arizona.

Mike joined Index in 2009 to help establish the firm’s San Francisco office with Danny Rimer. He currently serves on the boards of Aurora, Big Switch Networks, Cockroach Labs, Confluent, Elastic [NYSE:ESTC], Kong, Sonos [NASDAQ:SONO], Zuora [NYSE:ZUO] and Wealthfront. Mike was previously a director of Blue Bottle Coffee [VTX:NESN], Hortonworks [NYSE:CLDR] and Pure Storage [NYSE:PSTG]. He also serves on the board of Fiat Chrysler Automotive [NYSE:FCAU].
Prior to Index, Mike held a number of executive positions including Chief Strategy Officer and SVP/GM of the routing business at Cisco. During his 13-year tenure at Cisco, his team was responsible for the acquisition of over 70 companies, including several multi-billion deals. Cisco’s acquisition strategy has been widely regarded as an industry model for technology mergers and acquisitions. While at Cisco, Mike also managed a P&L in excess of $10B in revenues.
Mike has a B.S in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University, and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is a trustee of the Castilleja School in Palo Alto and also serves on the Global Advisory Board of the Knight Hennessy Scholars program at Stanford University.

Mark Leslie is currently the managing director of Leslie Ventures, a private investment company. He is also a Lecturer in Management at Stanford Graduate School of Business where he teaches courses in Entrepreneurship, Ethics and Sales Organization. Mark Leslie was the founding Chairman and CEO of Veritas Software. During his eleven-year tenure as CEO the company went from 12 employees to 6,000 employees, and from annual revenue of $95,000 to $1,500,000,000. In 2000 Veritas was the tenth largest independent software company by revenue, third largest by market capitalization, and achieved the distinction of becoming a Fortune 1000 company. From 1980 until 1990 he served as president and chief executive officer of two Silicon Valley high-tech startup companies. Prior experience included sales management, sales executive, systems engineer, and software engineer. Mark Leslie architected the first ever software hypervisor while employed at IBM in 1969.
Mark currently serves on the boards of several privately held high-technology corporations, including, Alluxio, Clumio, Interana, StratoScale, Vera and Yellowbrick. Over the last twenty-five years Mark has served on approximate fifty public and private boards of directors.
Mark serves on the NYU Board of Trustees, the Board of Overseers for the NYU Faculty of Arts and Sciences, the Board of Overseers of the Tandon Engineering and as a member of the Executive Board of the NYU Innovation Fund. Mark also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Stanford Health Care (Hospital and Medical School).
Mark received a Bachelor of Arts degree in physics and mathematics from New York University in 1966 and completed Harvard Business School’s Program for Management Development (PMD) in 1980.

For the last 25 years, he has worked very closely with CEOs and CROs to build world class go-to-market organizations and to help ensure they maintain operational excellence across the company. Chad is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Lacework and Luminary Cloud. He previously served as a board member for Astronomer, Transposit, and others. He was an early stage investor at Snowflake, Sigma, Observe, Lacework, and Clumio.
