This award is a true testament not just to the company and culture we are building at Clumio, but that we all benefit with our employees steering the ship.

We all adapted to a year of remote work and we are coming out stronger on the other side. We are proud to support our employees and their families with fully paid medical premiums, especially during this last year. Our flexible PTO policy has allowed employees to accommodate new schedules and prioritize their health. Our values system is built on TRUST, the acronym which builds the pillars of our core values. This has served us well in our ability to adapt and to continue to put our customers first.

While this award recognizes our Bay Area Headquarters, this year has taught us that our core values live out far beyond our office building. I am so humbled and proud to work alongside a team that values a strong culture and is committed to owning it.
